Making money from educational video: Twelve lessons from twelve years

What I've learnt in twelve years...
I’ve been successfully creating and selling video-based online courses for teachers since 2012, initially as a bit of a hobby but now as my full time income. There are significant differences between teaching in a synchronous environment (whether that’s face to face or online) and delivering information via video in an engaging manner and this talk will outline some of the lessons I’ve learnt along the way.
