Mentoring Resources

Lessons learnt from a near-peer mentoring programme
This is the story of my PhD journey and how I set up and ran a near-peer mentoring programme in a British university Applied Linguistics department. This was to give suppport to pre-service teachers in their first lessons and to similtaneously give novice mentors an opportunity to use, observe and hone their mentoring skills.

This introductory video will give you an idea of what some of the participants thought of the programme and how it worked.

In this resource, you will find:
My PhD thesis and materials and resources that were used in the programme. I hope that you find it interesting and useful.
